Policy's
Appointments
● Please attend your appointment alone. Due to limited space and to maintain a calm working environment, no guests are permitted unless agreed upon in advance.
● Unfortunately, children cannot be accommodated at appointments.
Deposits
● A non-refundable £10 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
● Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
● If you cancel your appointment or fail to attend, your £10 deposit will be retained and cannot be transferred or refunded.
Late Arrivals
● Please arrive on time for your appointment.
● If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
● If possible, please let me know if you are running late.
Respect & Courtesy
● Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
● I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these policies.
